The ESPRIT team comprises dedicated, caring educators including qualified Early Childhood Educators and Early childhood Educator assistants working towards their full ECE qualification.
Our team also includes staff with advanced certification in Infant Toddler and Exceptional/Special Needs.

Volunteer Board
ESPRIT Daycare relies on a volunteer Board of Directors to oversee and communicate the vision of the non-profit organization, Sunshine Coast Teen Parent Education Association (SCTPEA).
The ESPRIT Board is responsible and accountable for the highest level of decision-making and legal authority in the organization.

Board meetings are typically held once each month to discuss and set policy. The board hires and oversees the Daycare Manager to implement the policy and carry out the day-to-day work of running ESPRIT Daycare. The Daycare Manager is directly accountable to the Board of Directors, and is responsible for hiring, supervising, and evaluating all other paid staff and volunteers.
